Salary: £40,000 basic, £55,000+ OTE

About the Role
A leading boutique developer, renowned for creating high-specification, design-led homes, is seeking an experienced Senior New Homes Sales Consultant to join their growing team.
This is a key front-facing role for a polished and driven property sales professional who can deliver an exceptional, consultative experience to buyers from first enquiry through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the full sales journey for new homes, from initial enquiry to completion
* Deliver a tailored, high-quality service to a discerning client base
* Conduct private viewings, manage the sales suite, and support marketing activity
* Liaise with solicitors, agents, and internal teams to ensure smooth transactions
* Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular sales updates
* Share buyer feedback and market insight to shape sales strategy
About You
* Proven success in new homes sales, ideally in the premium market
* Professional, confident, and customer-focused with excellent communication skills
* Self-motivated, commercially aware, and target-driven
* Able to work weekends
* Familiarity with the local property market is an advantage
