Job Opportunity: Vehicle Sales Executive
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 8.30am – 6pm, Saturdays 8.30am – 5pm with one hour lunch
break and a day off in the week. Alternate Sundays are 10am to 4pm.

About the Role – Vehicle Sales Executive:
This is an exciting chance to join a forward-thinking, customer-focused sales team. As a Vehicle
Sales Executive, you will be the face of the dealership, guiding customers through their vehicle
purchase journey from first contact to handover. Your role will be to deliver a personal and
professional experience that builds lasting relationships and drives long-term customer loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
● Engage with customers in the showroom, online, and over the phone
● Understand customer needs and present suitable new and used vehicle options
● Arrange and accompany customers on test drives
● Build trust through honest product knowledge and finance advice
● Prepare quotes, complete paperwork, and ensure full FCA compliance
● Work toward individual and team targets
● Deliver outstanding customer service from enquiry to aftersales follow-up
● Maintain accurate CRM records and customer notes
● Support vehicle handovers, ensuring a smooth and exciting experience for the customer
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
● Previous experience in vehicle sales or a customer-facing retail role is preferred
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
● A proactive, target-driven attitude
● Confidence in using CRM systems and basic office tools
● Full UK driving licence – Held for a minimum of 2 years
