Job Summary
The Team Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Football Club. By providing essential administrative support and facilitating effective communication. This position requires an individual who is organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently. The Team Coordinator will serve as a point of contact for team Coaches and assist in organising all things football training and Match related.
Duties
* Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling games and venues.
* Maintain accurate records and documentation related to Teams, Coaches and Players.
* Handle communication with other Clubs and sporting bodies in relation to coordinating playing competative youth and adult football.
* Be a part of the Club Management Committee. Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools.
* Coordinate team quipment and playing kits.
* Ability to work flexibly in the evenings and weekends.
Skills
* Proven adminatrative experience with a strong understanding of administrative processes.
* Good computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Strong interpersonal skills to facilitate effective communication within the Teams and Coaches at the Club. This role is ideal for individuals seeking to contribute positively to a dynamic team environment.
Job Types: Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: £12.80-£14.43 per hour
Expected hours: 4 per week
