Therapeutic Support Worker / Senior Therapeutic Support Worker
Due to our continued growth, we are seeking passionate and dedicated colleagues to join our team at Still Adventures.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Provide high‑quality care and support in a therapeutic environment.
* Empower young people to build independence, resilience, and life skills.
* Support with daily living tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and personal care.
* Encourage participation in community activities, holidays, and outings.
* Foster confidence, emotional well‑being, and self‑expression.
* Maintain accurate records in line with Ofsted standards.
* Safely administer and manage medication.
* A key part of your role will be taking a therapeutic approach to care. You’ll receive specialist training in our therapeutic model, equipping you with the skills to support emotional regulation, build trust, and create a safe and structured environment for young people.

Your Work Pattern
* Two‑week rolling rota (alternating long/short weeks)/(2 days on, 2 days off)
* 15‑hour shifts with sleep‑in duties (sleep‑ins paid separately).
* Bank holiday work may be required depending on rota.
