Academics are recruiting caring and committed SEN Teaching Assistants to support pupils with special educational needs across schools in the Lincolnshire area. As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and SENCOs to support pupils on a one-to-one or small group basis, helping them access the curriculum and develop confidence in the classroom. We are looking for patient and adaptable SEN Teaching Assistants who can support a range of needs, including ASD, ADHD, and SEMH.
