What Are We Looking For
We’re seeking reliable, empathetic, and proactive individuals with prior experience supporting people with learning disabilities, autism, and behaviours that challenge. You’ll be someone who thrives in a team, communicates with kindness, and brings energy and patience to every shift.
Shift Pattern
* Early shift: 7am-2.30pm
* Late shift: 2.30pm-10pm
* Night shift: sleep‑in shift (paid at £69 for sleep‑in shift)
* Full flexibility to work the above 3 shifts is required, including weekends on a rota basis
What You’ll Be Doing
* Supporting individuals with daily living skills and personal goals
* Encouraging independence and community involvement
* Providing emotional and practical support tailored to each person
* Working as part of a close‑knit, caring team
