The ideal candidate will be responsible for all project direction, planning, completion, and financial outcome. In order to succeed in this position, the candidate must be organised and have excellent time management skills.
We welcome applications from candidates with either 3+ years’ Project Management experience, or individuals with 3+ years’ experience in architecture, architectural design, or planning who are looking to transition into a Project Management role.
Tasks and responsibilities:
· Proactively assist the project management team in the day to day delivery of projects;
· Assist with contract administration;
· Attend client meetings and take accurate minutes/notes;
· Development of project documentation, programmes, reports and budgets;
· Assist in the day to day office tasks (invoicing, administration, timesheets);
· Monitor and report contractors progress; and
· Work with external clients and consultant teams.
Key skills required:
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - both written and verbal;
· Excellent time management
· Strong IT skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook; and
· To be a strong team worker with a proactive and willing attitude.
· A minimum of three years’ experience in Project management role or similar experience within the field. However we are open to discussing opportunities with those with more senior experience.

2. Be based in London or within commuting distance to Central London;
3. Hold a recent project management, construction or built environment related degree
