KS1 Teacher – Full-Time, Long-Term
Location: Watford
Salary: £34,500 – £46,000 (dependent on experience)

Your Role Will Include:
Leading a KS1 class with creativity, care, and confidence
Planning and delivering engaging, inclusive lessons tailored to diverse learning needs
Supporting pupils in developing core literacy, numeracy, and social skills
Creating a calm, structured, and nurturing classroom environment
Using assessment data to inform teaching and provide targeted support
Building positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues
Contributing to wider school life, including enrichment activities and team initiatives
What We’re Looking For:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience teaching KS1 or relevant placement experience for ECTs
A warm, reflective, and enthusiastic approach to early years education
Strong understanding of the KS1 curriculum and effective teaching strategies
Confident classroom management and clear communication skills
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
