Finance Manager Our client is seeking an experienced Finance Manager from Manufacturing background, in Ilkeston, to oversee and manage the companys financial operations. This is a key role within the business, combining hands-on financial management with the opportunity to develop and support a small finance team. Whats in it for you/ benefits: Monday to Friday, 8:30am 5:00pm (4:00pm finish on Fridays) £42,000 £45,000 per annum, depending on experience Employee Assistance Programme 30 days annual leave per annum (inclusive of Bank Holidays) Discount on stock Free parking Site based Progression available Key Responsibilities Manage the companys day-to-day financial operations Produce management accounts, cash flow reports, forecasts, and statutory reporting Ensure accurate financial controls, reporting, and compliance Manage and develop one direct report (Finance Assistant) Work closely with senior management, providing clear financial insight and support Maintain and develop systems and processes to improve efficiency This is a fantastic opportunity to have full autonomy of the companys financial accounting with only one direct line report, who you will have permission to develop and mould in line with the business needs.
