Customer Service Advisor - Card Payments
We’re looking for an experienced Customer Services Advisor to join our team. You’ll be the first point of contact for our existing customers who take card payments / merchant services with us. You will deal with their enquiries and provide them with a first-class experience, interacting with them to ensure every step is taken to provide them with a first-time round solution.
What you’ll do
We are looking for colleagues who wish to excel and are driven to succeed. You should be a brilliant listener, have a passion for problem solving, and be able to empathise and understand customer needs.
* Managing and maintaining our Customer Experience inbox, ensuring that emails are responded to in a timely manner, with professionalism shown throughout
* Actively contributing to improving the Customer Experience team processes and procedures
* Maintaining a close and supportive relationship with our sales teams

* Strong communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different customer needs
* High attention to detail, taking ownership and pride in delivering accurate work
* Problem-solving mindset, focused on making things easy for customers
* Self-motivated learner, eager to grow and improve performance
* Friendly and professional, building positive relationships with customers and colleagues
