This Finance Assistant role sits at the heart of the business, working closely with finance leadership and connecting across teams as the organisation continues to scale.
It’s hands-on, fast-moving, and ideal for someone who enjoys being part of something that is actively evolving.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Maintaining accurate and reliable financial records
* Processing invoices and liaising with suppliers and internal teams
* Supporting stock reporting and purchasing activity
* Helping build and manage structured payment schedules
* Supporting senior finance leadership with systems, processes, and improvements
* Preparing month-end reconciliations and highlighting key variances or issues
* Providing wider support as the business grows and develops
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in a varied finance support role
* Relevant qualification is adventitious i.e. Accounting Degree, AAT or someone completing their professional exams
* Someone who enjoys variety and is comfortable in a changing environment
* Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
* A proactive approach, you take ownership rather than wait for instruction
* Confident working with different teams and senior stakeholders
* Most importantly, someone who will enjoy being part of a growth journey and contributing to it
