Job Description
As the Customer Service Administrator, you will be responsible for:
3. Calling a high volume of customers (no cold calling)
4. Building relationships with the same customers weekly
5. Processing orders
6. Data inputting
7. Dealing with queries
8. Maintaining a professional and caring telephone manner
9. Support the team in daily administrative tasks.
10. Collaborate with colleagues to streamline processes and enhance service delivery
