Our Client based in Cardiff requires a Vehicle Damage Assessor (VDA) / Estimator to join their team. The successful Vehicle Damage Assessor / Estimator will be working within a growing Automotive accident repair centre. Benefits: Starting salary circa £35,000 per annum; however, this is negotiable and fully dependent experience & current earnings. Access to labour turnover-related bonus scheme of up to £300-350 per month. Overtime, subject to availability, paid at an enhanced time and a half rate. 20 days annual leave plus the 8 bank holidays, with leave allowance increasing by a day per year for your first five years of employment. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 7:00am-4:00pm. Duties: Liaising with Bodyshop and Insurance companies Will be recording a list of damages that need to be repaired Providing quotations on work to be carried out Calculating the time required to complete the repairs Requirements: Have previous working experience as a Bodyshop Estimator / Vehicle Damage Assessor Be experienced in using Audatex or Glassmatix A full driving licence is Essential An ATA qualification will aid your application to this position.
