Overview
We are seeking a passionate and motivated person to join our team as a key holder/ duty manager for a busy live entertainment venue in Glasgow City Centre. This role is pivotal in supporting the senior management team in daily operations, enhancing customer satisfaction, and bringing a fresh energy to a well established venue. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities and a passion for live entertainment ensuring that our event space maintains high standards within a competitive industry.
Responsibilities
* Assist in managing daily operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
* Supervise and lead a team, fostering a positive work environment.
* Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
* Train new staff members on operational procedures, product knowledge, and customer engagement techniques.
* Collaborate with the Management to develop sales goals and strategies for achieving them.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in management or supervisory roles.
* Personal License advantageous but not essential as full training will be provided to the right individual.
* Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team management and development.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Solid organisational skills with effective time management capabilities.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving with a keen attention to detail. Job Type: Permanent
Pay: £14.00-£18.00 per hour
