We're seeking a Lead Tech Project Manager in Cyber to spearhead multiple deployment efforts within the Network Security team. The role is at Vice President level and involves planning, tracking, and ensuring the timely delivery of transformative initiatives.
What You'll Do In The Role
* Oversee the end-to-end management of multiple technical projects.
* Oversee the planning and execution of multiple technical programs.
* Ensure alignment of program goals with business objectives.
* Monitor program progress and ensure timely delivery of key milestones.
* Identify and mitigate program risks and issues.
* Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the team.
* Prepare and present program status reports to senior leadership.
What You'll Bring To The Role
* Proven ability to lead large-scale infrastructure deployments or enterprise technology rollouts across complex environments.
* Strong understanding of technical program delivery, with the ability to navigate infrastructure, network, cloud, or multi-cloud environments and align delivery to business priorities.
* Strong technical project or program management background, ideally supported by experience with recognised methodologies such as PRINCE2, PMI, or Agile delivery frameworks.
* Extensive experience delivering complex technical programmes, including change control management, dependency tracking, and execution across multiple workstreams.
* Strong command of project management best practices and tools, including Jira, with the ability to maintain structure, governance, and delivery momentum.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience producing clear status reporting and materials for senior stakeholders using tools such as PowerPoint, Power BI, and Excel.
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects or a portfolio of work simultaneously, balancing priorities, risks, dependencies, and delivery timelines.
* Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across business, technical teams, and external vendors in a structured, collaborative way.
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
* At least 10 years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role.
