Responsibilities
- Oversee day to day operation of sites, ensuring safety, quality and efficiency.
* Facilitate, support and mange site operatives to generate maximum output.
* Anticipate and identify key issues affecting contract objectives and priorities and implement proactive strategies to address them.
-Manage client expectations to ensure continuous working conditions for site operatives.
-Ensure that all contracts paperwork is completely accurately and fully detailed.
* Ensure compliance with all Safety, Health & Environmental Regulations, Procedures and Plans.
-Oversee recruitment and management of site based teams ensuring optimum skill levels, providing quality workmanship and superior customer service.
* Liaise monthly with internal management team, to ensure work value claimed is in line with cost incurred/actual scaffold structures built/dismantled, resolve any disputes in a timely manner.
-Ensure clear communication between site teams, subcontractors and the wider management team.
-Liaise with clients to ensure satisfaction with the quality of work delivered and address any issues or concerns that arise during the project.
What we are looking for:
- SMSTS or SSSTS
* Advanced C.I.S.R.S/Advanced Inspection.
* Clean Driving License.
-Temporary Works Co-ordinator advantageous.
* Estimating experience advantageous.
-Previous contract management experience gained within Scaffolding Industry.
-Excellent interpersonal communication & people management skills.
-Excellent leadership & motivational skills.
-In depth knowledge of current health & safety legislation.
-Excellent negotiation skills.
-Efficient time/diary management.
-Flexible and adaptable with positive attitude.
