The Role
You will be working in a team with an experienced ops manager and three cyclists, and together you will be accountable for the safe delivery of all our orders. This role is fun, active and engaging.
The key skills are being fast, clean, organized and calm under pressure.
We are looking for someone who is an incredible communicator and who takes the initiative.
This is a role that needs high levels of attention to detail, and starts very early in the morning (at about 6 am).
Responsibilities
* Labelling and packing orders correctly.
* Managing a team of couriers and cyclists.
* Accepting and processing orders.
* Customer service, speaking to customers to help them understand where their orders are.
* Communicating with the kitchen and the sales team about where orders are and what's going on.
* General operations.
* Cleaning, organising and tidying of the packing space on a daily and weekly basis.
Qualifications
We need a capable, organized, efficient team member to help our team pack and send out these orders.
