Technical Support Engineer – Ringwood Hampshire
Salary is commensurate with experience
The main duties of this office based position are:
· Creating quotations using in house pricing software
· Providing Technical support to our customers, both online and by telephone
· Advice on tool selection and cutting parameters
· Understanding customer drawings and manufacturing processes.
· Bespoke tool development and design.
The ideal applicant should be a flexible, enthusiastic, and motivated individual, who is proficient in CNC machining and skilled in the use of carbide cutting tools.
The candidate should possess a good knowledge of CAD systems, Microsoft Office and the ability to demonstrate excellent communication skills. In house training will be available to enhance career development.
