You will be working in new homes carrying varied remedial works which will include all types of decoration, dry lining, carpentry, ad hoc maintenance/remedial works, minor external works to slabs, fencing and gates In more detail: The role: To provide a variety of high-quality remedial and maintenance works for customers in their new homes To complete works to a high standard of quality in line with NHBC/LABC/Premier, with a consistent approach to finishes Assist office-based staff and offer technical advice regarding remedial solutions To organise and prioritise workload and review defects lists to ensure that any materials required are collected prior to customer appointments. Ad hoc duties and assist with any customer ready inspection works when required. Work as part of a team and provide support to the Customer Service Manager and Coordinator.
