The Role - Quantity Surveyor
As an experienced Quantity Surveyor you will be reporting to the Senior Quantity Surveyor and department heads working on various Commercial projects throughout the region.
You will take ownership for the development and implementation of all pre and post contract procedures and reporting.
Duties include but are not limited to:
* Contribute to the project commercial strategies and take ownership for your own subcontract packages.
* Maximise project cashflow by effective commercial management.
* Contribute to the relevant project procurement strategies with particular focus on the issuing of tender enquiries, package reconciliations and production of subcontract orders, whilst working with the Commercial Lead to agree accounts.
Required Skills/Experience:
* This role is perfect for someone who has real ambition and can work in a fast-paced environment looking for the next step.
* A degree/equivalent qualification (HNC/HND/BSC Quantity Surveying)
* Experience in a Tier 1 background.
