The Role
We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Customer Service Advisor to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing support, resolving queries, and ensuring every interaction is handled with care and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle inbound calls, emails, and online enquiries from customers
* Provide accurate information about policies, claims, and services
* Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally
* Update customer records and maintain accurate documentation
* Support customers through the claims process with empathy and clarity
* Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience
* Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve complex cases
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
About You
* Previous customer service/sales experience (insurance or financial services preferred but not essential)
* Excellent communication and listening skills
* Calm, empathetic, and professional manner
* Strong problem-solving abilities
* Good attention to detail and organisational skills
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
