Responsibilities
* Arrest and prosecution
* Unannounced home visits
* The use of civil orders such as Sexual Harm Preventions Orders (SHPO), Sexual Risk Orders (SRO), Violent Offender Orders (VOO) and Serious and Organised Crime Prevention Orders (SOCPO).
* Working with a range of partners to reduce the risk of reoffending.
To apply to transfer to Staffordshire as a Police Constable or Detective Constable, you must be substantive at the rank you are applying for and have completed and passed your probationary period.

Onboarding
We aim to make our onboarding process as smooth and straightforward as possible. You will be required to complete and pass a role‑based interview which will focus on the competencies and values required for the role. Appointment will be dependent upon successfully passing pre‑employment checks, vetting, and medical, which will include a drugs test and a fitness test.

Residency Eligibility
