Job Description
The Credit Control role is initially a temporary assignment which could be extended and will be full time office based in Blackburn. Reporting to the Credit Manager key duties will include:
3. Manage the full credit control process, including monitoring outstanding invoices.
4. Ensure timely collection of payments and resolve any payment discrepancies.
5. Maintain accurate records of customer accounts and transactions.
6. Prepare financial reports related to credit and collections.
7. Establish and maintain effective communication with clients to manage credit terms and limits.
8. Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance team to ensure smooth operations.
9. Assist in the development and implementation of credit policies and procedures.
10. Support in handling queries and providing documentation as required.
