A rare opportunity has arisen within our Mercedes-Benz Division for a Head of Business at Sytner Mercedes-Benz Bath.
About You
This role demands an exceptional human leader with outstanding drive and passion to support Sytner’s commitments to its four key stakeholders: Colleagues, Customers, Manufacturers, and Shareholders. As Head of Business, you will manage, affect and positively impact all aspects of the dealership.
Responsibilities
* Lead the overall performance of the dealership and ensure a continuous financial contribution to the Mercedes-Benz Division and the wider Sytner Group.
* Accountable for the continued growth of the dealership and lead change initiatives with a strong focus on financial controls.
* Develop and maintain an outstanding customer service mindset and align with the company’s ‘Best Company’ initiatives.
* Create and sustain a culture of excellence for colleagues and customers, fostering an entrepreneurial spirit.
* Collaborate closely with the management team and operate the dealership as an autonomous personal business venture.
Qualifications
* Demonstrated experience in a senior business leadership role.
* Proven ability to drive growth, lead change, and maintain robust financial controls.
* Strong customer service orientation and people management skills.
* Experience in high‑performing automotive retail environments is desirable.
