Your Mission:
As our Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our marketing strategies and driving lead generation efforts. If you have a knack for campaign management and a deep understanding of the B2B software landscape, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
* Strategic Planning: Contribute to the creation and execution of quarterly and annual marketing plans, focusing on innovative campaigns that generate marketing-qualified leads (MQLs).
* Targeted Marketing: Implement strategic marketing initiatives aimed at key accounts through various channels, including email campaigns, social media, webinars, and account-based marketing (ABM).
* Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Support, Product Management, and other teams to ensure marketing efforts align with organizational goals.
* Campaign Leadership: Lead the development, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns, ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms.
* Event Management: Oversee logistics and execution for conferences and trade shows, ensuring all assets and timelines are perfectly aligned for successful participation.
What We’re Looking For:
* Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
* Experience: 5+ years in marketing, with a strong focus on digital marketing, lead generation, and campaign execution.
* Industry Knowledge: Proven experience in the B2B software industry.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency with Salesforce.com, Account Engagement (Pardot), WordPress, and SEMRush.
* Strategic Thinker: Demonstrated ability to develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies.
