Corporate Finance AssociateLocation: BirminghamType: PermanentSalary: £28,000 - £35,000The Opportunity Dot Partners are working with a dynamic and growing corporate finance advisory firm in London, looking to hire a Corporate Finance Associate. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with M&A experience or those looking to make a first move into corporate finance from audit or transaction services.Key Responsibilities
* Supporting on M&A transactions from origination through to completion
* Financial modelling, valuations, and analysis
* Preparing client presentations, information memorandums, and reports
* Conducting market research and due diligence
* Liaising with clients, investors, and external advisors
* Supporting senior team members on deal execution
Requirements
* ACA / ACCA qualified or equivalent
* M&A / transaction services experience OR strong desire to move into corporate finance
* Strong analytical and financial modelling skills
* High attention to detail and commercial awareness
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
