What do we need?
As an HR Assistant, you will help form the cornerstone of our HR Ops Team. Working in collaboration with other HR Assistants, you will be responsible for providing a wide range of administrative support, from lifecycle administration to reporting, recruitment administration to onboarding, and everything in between. This role is varied and interesting.
Our team has chosen to come into the office a couple of times each week to maintain team connections, share knowledge, and foster our culture.
Although remote work is part of our week, we continue to collaborate via Microsoft Teams throughout the day.
Given the variety of the role, there will be opportunities to get involved with a broader range of HR activities and initiatives. We need someone comfortable broadening their skillset and experience within HR while helping make our projects successful.
