PPD is dedicated to equipping staff with the essential skills to respond safely, confidently and effectively to acute illness and emergency situations. We are committed to providing excellence in care for all patients.
Responsibilities
* Supporting the team with all aspects of development within the Resuscitation Department
* Presenting and providing practical demonstrations of the latest Resuscitation Council UK guidance and techniques for BLS/AED
* Instructing and guiding participants in Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and the use of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED)
* Conducting engaging and informative BLS/AED training sessions
* Ensuring a supportive and inclusive learning environment
* Providing constructive feedback and individualised coaching to assist participants become proficient
* Maintenance of clinical/training equipment
* Support the delivery of NHS Fife PPD Resuscitation Training Programme
Qualifications
You will be registered with the NMC or HCPC and have demonstrable evidence of ongoing continuing professional development.

As from 1/4/26, the Agenda for Change full-time working week will be reducing from 37 to 36 hours per week. Part time hours will be reduced pro-rata, with a corresponding increase in the hourly rate so that pay is not affected.
