Senior Payroll Administrator

Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the main point of contact for a varied portfolio of payroll clients, ensuring outstanding service delivery.
* Process end-to-end payrolls across multiple headcounts and complexities.
* Create payroll calendars and checklists, ensuring accuracy and compliance for every payroll processed.
* Respond to client and internal queries, troubleshooting issues and escalating where necessary.
Skills & Experience Required:
* Proven experience in UK payroll processing (CIPP qualification desirable) ideally from a practice or payroll bureau background
* Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
* Proficiency in payroll systems and Microsoft Excel.
* Ability to work under pressure and identify opportunities for process improvement.
