Based in a beautiful Grade II listed building in Liverpool’s Hope Street quarter, close to the city centre, their facilities include an education centre for women, the School for Social Entrepreneurs North West, a bistro, a women’s wellness centre, conference facilities, and a nursery for 30 children.
The organisation supports its educational aims through highly acclaimed social enterprises that serve local communities. They are seeking a Facilities Manager to maintain their Grade II listed building, support their conference centre, and provide courteous and efficient service to staff and users. The ideal candidate will take pride in their work, understand the regulations involved in maintaining a multi-use Grade II listed building, and be flexible, communicative, and team-oriented. They should also be capable of managing Health & Safety and security controls.
Salary: £30,000 per annum
