Description We now have the opportunity for a Sales Operations Analyst to join our Inside Sales team at ADI Global Distribution. The Sales Operations Analyst is responsible for providing key administrative support to the Sales team and working within Sales Operations whilst ensuring a first-class customer experience. Sales Operations is about supporting and enabling frontline sales teams to sell more efficiently and effectively. The role will be working Monday to Friday within a hybrid model (3 days in the office and 2 days at home). The role will suit an individual who has a bias toward action, exceptional communication skills and will know how to balance getting the details right while working in a fast-paced environment. The role will include working with people across the business to play an important role across the sales pipeline from prospect to order execution and delivery. JOB DUTIES Process customer orders and quotes in SAP to specific SLA’s and customer requirement Ensuring ‘right first time, every time’ wherever possible against each order / quote / process Field telephone calls as initial line support Support first line e-commerce queries Liaise with relevant departments to complete customer order, queries and complaints Maintain and update customer records Support commercial sales in dealing with customer support to close and grow sales Direct customers to the correct teams for technical support, account queries Manage sales transactions as per customers’ requirements Up-sell through attachments and complete solution orders Investigate and resolve issues, complaints and invoice queries Effectively communicate with both external & internal customers Provide an exceptional customer experience against all customer transactions Participate in ad hoc projects to further enhance the customer experience YOU MUST HAVE Customer experience Commercial awareness Communication skills People skills Critical thinking Active listening Learning absorption Sales Skills WE VALUE Attention to detail: correct transposing Ability to handle processing end to end SAP or similar ERP experience Strong Microsoft Office knowledge WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU Hybrid working model Competitive salary and quarterly commission structure Opportunity to progress within a global business Excellent career development opportunities ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Interview Details We are looking to conduct face-to-face interviews at our UK Headquarters on the following dates: 6th, 7th, and 8th of January Location: Oldham Broadway Business Park Unit 6 Broadgate Chadderton Oldham OL9 9XA LI-KM1 LI-HYBRID
