Who we are looking for:
An exciting opportunity to lead our Neath Autism Centre through a period of transformation. We seek candidates passionate about high-quality autism services and providing meaningful opportunities for those we support, enabling positive outcomes.
You should be resilient, supportive, and sensitive to the needs of autistic individuals.
The role includes:
* Leading and monitoring all aspects of managing the designated adult learner services.
* Supporting service development and strategy, including expanding services within centres and the community.
* Supporting Team Leaders in managing service quality and ensuring compliance with NAS policies and ethos.
* Project managing the development of adult learner support services.
* Ensuring service users receive the highest standards of professional support.
* Promoting growth and independence as identified in PCP plans and approaches.
Possession of a valid driving license (minimum one year) is desirable.
