Are you ready to take the next step in your career? We’re opening a brand new children’s home and looking for an experienced, passionate, and dedicated Deputy Manager to help shape its future.
What You’ll Do:
Support children with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD)
Create a safe, nurturing, and therapeutic environment
Lead and motivate a team of residential staff
Assist the Registered Manager in daily operations & compliance
Drive high standards of care, safeguarding, and outcomes
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Minimum 1 year of managerial experience in a children’s residential setting
✅ Must be enrolled onto the Level 5 Leadership & Management in Residential Childcare
✅ Strong knowledge of safeguarding, regulations & best practice
✅ Passionate, resilient, and ready to make a difference
