Our public sector client based in Bulford is looking for an Administrator/Receptionist for their Medical Practice. This is a temporary short-term assignment with a possibility of extension. This is a full-time role, 37.00 hours per week. The role pays £14.19 per hour.

This position is customer-facing, involving manning the reception desk. Responsibilities include checking in patients, updating medical notes on SharePoint, scanning documents, answering calls, making appointments, managing shared inboxes, and processing appointment letters.

The ideal candidate will have at least 12 months of reception and administrative experience, be willing to learn new systems, and be proficient in Microsoft Office, including SharePoint. Attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to work in a structured environment are essential. The role requires a clear DBS check and three years of references.
