You’ll be: (Responsibilities)
* Supporting the collection, cleaning and analysis of data from multiple sources (ticketing, merchandise, tours, sponsorships)
* Assisting in building dashboards, reports and visualisations to track commercial performance
* Supporting ad-hoc analysis
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand commercial needs and translate them into actionable insights
* Helping to automate workflows to improve efficiency
You’ll have: (Experience & Qualifications)
Qualifications:
Essential
* SQL – ability to extract and manipulate data from relational databases
* Excel – Advanced functionality including pivot tables and formulas
* Power BI (or similar BI tool) – Ability to create dashboards and visualisations
* Basic Python – For data cleaning, analysis and simple automation
* Strong numeracy and analytical skills
* Strong curiosity and problem-solving mindset
* Attention to detail and accuracy
Desirable
* Experience with Google Cloud Platform tools (BigQuery)
* Understanding of data pipelines and dbt concepts
* Basic understanding of commercial analytics in sports, hospitality or retail
* Exposure to ticketing, CRM, or POS systems
* Interest in football or the sports industry
Experience:
Essential
* Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative subject
* 0-2 years’ experience in data, analytics or a commercial role
Desirable
* Work experience in sports, hospitality, or retail
* Project experience with GCP, dbt or Python-based analytics
