Responsibilities
* Lead Paid Social strategy across a portfolio of ecommerce clients
* Manage and mentor 1–2 Paid Social Executives to maximise performance
* Drive campaign planning, optimisation, testing, and measurement
* Present insights, strategy updates, and performance reviews to clients
* Identify growth opportunities and propose initiatives to scale spend
Qualification / Requirements
* Strong hands-on expertise in Meta Ads Manager from setup to optimisation
* Deep understanding of Paid Social strategies within ecommerce environments
* Confident client communication and presentation skills
* Commercial awareness with the ability to translate data into strategy
* Leadership experience or clear potential to manage and develop team members
