The Role As Finance Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the business, ensuring accurate reporting, strong financial controls, and timely delivery of management information to support senior decision-making. You will work closely with leadership to provide insight into financial performance and help drive continuous improvement across finance processes. Key Responsibilities Leading the internal finance function and overseeing daily accounting operations Producing monthly management accounts and financial reporting packs Managing balance sheet reconciliations and ensuring accuracy of financial data Maintaining robust financial controls and improving existing processes Overseeing supplier payments and cash flow management Providing financial insight and ad hoc analysis to senior stakeholders Ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements Supporting wider business initiatives from a finance perspective About You Qualified or qualified by experience finance professional Strong background in management accounts and financial reporting Experience in a hands-on finance role within a professional environment Strong understanding of financial controls and systems Proficient in Xero, Excel, and Microsoft Office Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical skills Confident communicator with the ability to work with senior stakeholders Proactive, organised, and comfortable working autonomously Whats on Offer?
