Front of House Manager - Soho Farmhouse
We are seeking an excellent and outgoing Front of House Manager to join our Oxfordshire team. Our Front of House reception team consists of 40+ Receptionists across a 100-acre site. This role requires flexibility to work weekends and evenings, seven days a week.
Front of House Manager duties
1. Be an ambassador for the hotel and role model representing the Soho House ethos at all times by ensuring they are executed and maintained.
2. Anticipate guest needs to enhance quality service and improve member and guest satisfaction.
3. Ensure that all guest experiences are a priority, following the Soho House ethos - aiming for 92%+ in mystery guest reports and 9+/10 in members' feedback post-stay.
4. Be commercially aware and monitor the site's performance. Achieve budgeted occupancy %, ADR, and total revenue for the site.
5. Maintain a motivated, high-performing team that continually provides service excellence.
6. Collaborate with local People teams and the Diversity & Inclusion team to ensure the site delivers and maintains the Soho House Pledge.
7. Possess comprehensive knowledge of Opera PMS or other PMS systems.
8. Have at least 5 years of leadership experience in a luxury/upscale property.
9. Be passionate about hospitality, people, and guest relations, with experience in reception work in a busy, high-volume venue.
10. Have previous experience leading a Rooms Division team.
11. Be a team player with good communication skills.
12. Be punctual, reliable, and trustworthy.
13. Demonstrate a sense of urgency and a positive, proactive attitude.
14. Possess a genuine passion for food and beverage.

Expected working hours
Varying shifts across all seven days, including evenings and weekends, with an average of 45 hours per week.
Subsidised transport is available from Chipping Norton (OX7) and Banbury (OX15 & OX16).
