Mortgage & Protection Advisor - Inverness and Elgin
PRIMIS Mortgage Network are seeking experienced Mortgage & Protection Advisors to join a well‑established, Premiership status AR of PRIMIS Mortgage Network’s Mortgage Advisory operation.
The PRIMIS partner firm is a 150‑advisor Mortgage and Protection business that works alongside contracted Estate Agency partners nationwide, including Your Move, Reeds Rains, Hunters, Whitegates, Davis Tate, Hawes and Co, and Intercounty.
Roles are available as Employed or Self‑Employed, with all leads provided by the Estate Agency branch we partner with.
This role supports the Your Move estate agency businesses in Elgin and Inverness.
Roles can be full‑office or hybrid.
Base salary for the employed role is £30,000‑£35,000, negotiable, with OTE of £70,000+.
For the self‑employed role, splits are 70% on self‑gen with a 45% lead‑provision split.
We only seek existing CAS Mortgage and Protection advisors with broking experience in this location.
