Community Activator Coach Apprentice - Mid Suffolk Leisure Centre - Stowmarket, Suffolk Job Type: Full Time - 14 month contract Everyone Active are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic candidate to work towards their Community Activator Level 2 apprenticeship over the course of 14 months. The Community Activator Coach leads/coaches fun, inclusive and engaging activities which help inactive people to change their behaviour to adopt a more active lifestyle. The activities are particularly focussed on children from low income families, people with disabilities or long term medical conditions and older people. We need an individual who has • A real passion for a wide range of sports, exercise and fitness. • Good communication and customer care skills • Good organisational and administrative skills • The ability to use own initiative • Full driving license and access to a car essential. You’ll not only study for your level 2 qualification you’ll also attend a wide range of other training such as First Aid at Work, Level 2 Community Sport Leaders, Chair Based Exercise, Walks Leader and leading/coaching qualifications in specific sports.
