to join our high-performing, supportive, and hands-on crew.

BDMA Qualified

labourer/technician from a similar background

What You'll Be Doing
* Attending fire and flood damaged properties across Scotland
* Using specialist equipment and techniques to restore homes and businesses
* Delivering a professional, compassionate service to our customers in challenging situations
* Working as part of an on-call rota (including some weekends)
* Travelling as required to support restoration projects
What We're Looking For
* BDMA Qualified (preferred) OR willingness to complete the qualification (full support provided)
* Background in labouring, construction, trades, or similar practical work an advantage
* Full, clean UK driving licence (essential)
* Flexibility to travel and work weekends/on-call when required
* A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a positive, team-first attitude
