About the Role
The Chancellor’s Entrepreneurs’ Club offers an exclusive, high-impact experience for approximately 100 entrepreneurial students each year. This role serves as the coordinator for the Club, supporting the delivery of mentoring, industry challenges, skills workshops and access to high‑profile networks. You will work alongside the University’s Chancellor, Visiting Professor Theo Paphitis and a network of leading entrepreneurs to ensure a seamless, professional and engaging programme.
* Manage communications with students and mentors.
* Coordinate workshops, events and networking opportunities.
* Maintain accurate records and databases related to the Club’s activities.
* Provide day‑to‑day organisational support to the Club’s annual cohort.
* Ensure smooth operation of all club activities in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
About You
* Highly organised, proactive and confident coordinator with strong administrative experience in a busy, customer‑focused or project‑based environment.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage professionally with students, mentors, senior leaders, entrepreneurs and external partners.
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing deadlines while juggling multiple tasks at pace.
* Experience in event or programme coordination, diary and logistics management, and producing clear, well‑structured communications.
* Familiarity with maintaining databases or records, supporting meetings, and preparing materials or briefings.
* Positive, solutions‑focused attitude and strong interpersonal skills, able to build effective relationships across teams.
* Motivation to deliver a polished, seamless experience and support ambitious, entrepreneurial activity.
