You would receive a thorough induction, including relevant training into the service and project where you would be working.
Your role would involve:
1. Maintaining the safety & security of the project & the people living there; ensuring the expected standards of maintenance & cleanliness are met.
2. Opportunities to engage, build professional, trusting & respectful relationships with the people we support.
3. Excellent communication amongst the team & relevant partner agencies, recording & reporting all work as per procedure.
4. Advocating on behalf of the people we support with statutory services, including Social Services, Health & Emergency Services.

5. The role requires lone working, following procedures, taking initiative & self-motivation, your induction will be geared towards ensuring you have the skills & confidence to successfully lone work.
