Our team members are the ambassadors of our business and we are on the look out for a passionate Sales Audit Clerk to join our team!
You will be working as part of the Sales Audit team to ensure accurate and timely processing of point-of-sale revenue for our UK and European companies whilst adhering to robust financial control.
You will work closely with the Sales Audit Manager to maintain strong relationships with external suppliers and business stakeholders while supporting the adoption of automated technology across Sales Audit processes. You will take ownership of club point-of-sale reconciliations to ensure data accuracy, manage and report weekly till variances across the estate, and assist with projects impacting the Sales Audit team.
Responsibilities also include supporting Accounts Receivable when required, ensuring timely and accurate setup of self-employed professionals' master data, producing standard and ad hoc reports, responding to queries across multiple channels, and completing monthly reconciliations of Sales Audit-related balance sheet control accounts. Additional duties may be assigned as appropriate to the role.
*This will begin as an office based role. Following a successful probation period this will be reviewed to move to hybrid working*

About you:
* Experience of reconciling point of sale revenue ideally within a retail environment
* Proven experience working in a fast-paced environment
* Highly numerate and detail oriented
* Be proactive in driving efficiencies and producing new ideas for improved ways of working
* Able to communicate clearly and confidently, both verbally and in writing to both internal and external stakeholders at all levels
* Intermediate Excel skills
* Experience of using Microsoft D365 is desirable
