About the Company
Our client is a highly successful UK-based business operating at the intersection of finance, investment, and real estate. Their London office plays a central role in supporting specialist teams who deliver market-leading services within their sector. About the Role
This is a pivotal position responsible for overseeing office operations, coordinating administration, supporting HR and IT onboarding, and ensuring a seamless, well-run workplace. * Maintain a well-organised, clean office environment and coordinate internal meetings, events, and staff activities.
* Handle onboarding for new starters, including IT setup, equipment, access passes, and accurate staff records.
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior leaders and teams, including preparing documents, managing diaries, travel arrangements, expenses, invoices, and absence tracking.
* Support internal communications and occasional social media activity.
* Ensure smooth workflows, improve processes, identify operational gaps, and add to the positive office culture.
* Assist with ad hoc projects and occasional property-related coordination as needed.
Skills & Experience
* 3+ years’ experience as an Office Manager, Executive Assistant, or similar operational role.
* Strong background in office operations, HR/IT onboarding, administration, and invoicing and expenses.
* Exceptional organisational, multitasking, and time management abilities.
* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
* High levels of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Highly organised and detail focused.
* Proactive and solution-driven, with a real sense of ownership.
* Effective stakeholder management and strong interpersonal skills.
Package & Benefits
* Salary £36,000–£40,000 depending on experience.
* Discretionary performance-based bonus.
* Opportunities for development and increased responsibility as the business grows.
* Professional, supportive and collaborative team culture.
Why Apply?
This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident Office Manager who wants meaningful responsibility, a varied workload, and the chance to influence how a growing London office operates.
If you want to be the person who “makes things happen” and leads operational excellence in a respected, expanding organisation, this role will give you the platform to thrive.
