Job Description
3. Handle incoming customer enquiries via phone and email, ensuring prompt resolution.
4. Maintain accurate customer records and update internal systems as needed.
5. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues effectively.
6. Monitor and track customer service requests to ensure timely follow-up.
7. Provide clear and concise information to customers regarding services and procedures.
8. Assist in identifying areas for process improvements within the customer service department.
9. Prepare and deliver regular updates on customer service metrics to the team lead.
10. Support the on-boarding process for new customers by providing necessary guidance and materials.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Customer Support Coordinator should have:
11. Previous experience in a customer service or support role, ideally within a similar industry.
12. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
13. SAP experience would be beneficial, but not essential
14. Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software or similar tools.
15. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively under pressure.
16. Problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach.
17. Can commit to a 2/3 month temporary role.
