Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition Partner acts as a strategic advisor to the business, supporting high-impact hiring across Sales, Marketing, and Commercial roles within the Medical Device / Medical Technology industry. This role partners closely with hiring managers and HRBPs to deliver high-quality candidate slates while navigating a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Talent Partnership
* Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders on talent strategy and workforce planning
* Partner with hiring managers and HRBPs to align recruiting efforts with business goals
* Apply a consultative approach to solve hiring challenges across multiple divisions
Recruiting Execution & Delivery
* Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously across Diagnostics, Surgical, and Breast & Skeletal Health divisions
* Recruit for roles including Sales Representatives, Territory Managers, Clinical Specialists, Product Managers, and Marketing Leaders
* Develop and execute effective sourcing and recruiting strategies in collaboration with Sourcing teams
Candidate & Stakeholder Management
* Engage, assess, interview, and guide candidates through the hiring lifecycle
* Maintain strong candidate relationships and deliver a positive candidate experience
* Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide timely updates and insights
Data, Process & Compliance
* Maintain accurate ATS documentation, communication, and follow-through
* Leverage data, metrics, and AI-enabled tools to inform recruiting strategies
* Ensure hiring processes are compliant, efficient, and scalable
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience
* 5–7 years of Talent Acquisition experience
* Proven success recruiting Sales and Marketing talent within Medical Device or Medical Technology organizations
* Experience supporting commercial roles across multiple product divisions
* Background recruiting in fast-paced, high-volume environments
Must-Have Skills
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, shifting environments
* Consultative mindset with strong attention to detail
Technical & Functional Skills
* ATS proficiency with strong documentation discipline
* Data‑driven recruiting and reporting capabilities
* Familiarity with Oracle (teachable)
* Experience with employer branding, assessments, and talent management practices
