Responsibilities: Be the first point of contact for lettings enquiries Conduct viewings with the focus to convert to tenancies Build rapport quickly with prospective residents Ensure referencing process is undertaken, all documentation is accurate and issue tenancy contracts Handle inventories and pre-tenancy checks Requirements: Experience in Leasing/Lettings within Property, BTR, PBSA or similar environment A proactive, sales-driven mindset with a passion for exceptional customer service Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities to positively influence outcomes IT proficiency Adaptability, commercial awareness, and the ability to prioritise under pressure.
