About the Role: We are seeking a motivated Junior Estimator to join our client's growing team. Working closely with our experienced teams you'll gain hands-on training and develop the skills needed to prepare accurate quotes, assess project requirements, and support roofing contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting with the preparation of tenders, cost estimates, and proposals
Reviewing drawings, specifications, and project details
Liaising with suppliers for pricing and materials
Supporting the estimating team with take-offs and measurements
Helping to ensure bids are submitted accurately and on time
What We're Looking For:
Strong numeracy and analytical skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication and IT skills (MS Office knowledge essential)
Eagerness to learn and progress within the role
Previous construction or estimating knowledge is beneficial but not essential - full training will be provided
