Llwchwr Cluster Complex Needs Coordinator
Hours: 17.5 hours per week (ideally over 2/3 days)
Location: Hybrid working - Llwchwr Cluster/ Community based / Home / SCVS Office
Salary: NJC SCP 23, £34,434 (pro-rata per annum)
Funded until: 31st March 2027 (Potential for extension, subject to funding)
The Llwchwr Pathway Service is a partnership between the Llwchwr Cluster and Swansea Council for Voluntary Service (SCVS), with the Cluster providing direct funding for the project.
The Llwchwr Cluster Pathway Service has been developed to meet the needs of the local community, including a high prevalence of mental health needs, domestic abuse incidence, as well as issues around substance use. These issues were formally addressed by the Key 3 project and are often described as the ‘toxic trio’. The Complex Needs project is expanding into Llwchwr Cluster following its successful delivery within the Cwmtawe Cluster.

Involve has a variety of schemes that engage people in need in Swansea. Involve recruit, train and support volunteers to be in a befriending/ Independent visitor role on a one to one or in a group setting to meet the needs of individual children, young people, families, adults with various needs or older people.

SCVS are governed by a Board of Trustees made up of representatives of local third sector organisations in membership, and co-opted people with specialist skills and experience, ensuring that the support we offer is relevant, needed and valued by the local sector.
